Item 3D modelling and visualization for Vision-based Vibration Signal Processing and Measurement(De Gruyter Open Ltd, 2021-04-10T00:00:00) Yao, Qi; Shabaz, Mohammad; Singh, Raj Karan; Lohani, Tarun Kumar; Bhatt, Mohammed Wasim; Panesar, Gurpreet SinghWith the technological evolutionary advent, a vision-based approach presents the remote measuring approach for the analysis of vibration. The structure vibration test and model parameter identification in the detection of the structure of the bridge evaluation occupies the important position. The bridge structure to operate safely and reliably is ensured, according to the geological data of qixiashan lead-zinc mine and engineering actual situation, with the aid of international mining software Surpac. To build the 3D visualization model of the application of visualization in mine production are discussed. The results show that the final solid model of -425 stope can accurately display the spatial form of each layer of stope through rotation, amplification and movement. The proposed system is effectually able to perform cutting, volume calculation and roaming in any direction, which has certain guiding significance for mine production management. An accuracy value of 98.75%, the sensitivity of 99%, specificity of 99.64% and PPV of 99.89% are achieved using the proposed 3D modelling and visualization algorithm for vibration signal processing and management. 2021 Q. In order to solve the problems of low intelligent degree and single debugging method of railway station safety door equipment data monitoring, a correction algorithm using machine learning based on image grid is proposed. Firstly, based on virtual instrument technology, a set of acoustic signal acquisition and processing systems for sound field visualization is designed and implemented. Then, based on the analysis of requirements, the hardware configuration and system software design are carried out. Finally, the extraction technology of image feature information is adopted, which can reduce the operation time of image target recognition and make the security door control system have real time. The experimental results show that the calibration algorithm is used to calculate the coordinate values of the actual road by using the third-order fitting method. Compared with the coordinate values of the standard grid, the average error of X is 0.0662%, and the average error of Y is 0.0011%. It can not only improve the accuracy of judgment, but also meet the real-time requirements of video monitoring. The system can realize wireless monitoring on the status of platform safety door equipment using machine learning, improve the efficiency of subway operation and the flexibility of station staff maintenance and protection, and ensure the safety and reliability of the platform safety door system. 2021, The Society for Reliability Engineering, Quality and Operations Management (SREQOM), India and The Division of Operation and Maintenance, Lulea University of Technology, Sweden.Item Experimental replacement of hops by mango in beer: production and comparison of total phenolics, flavonoids, minerals, carbohydrates, proteins and toxic substances(Springer, 2021-09-01T00:00:00) Mohanasundaram, Sugumar; Ramirez-Asis, Edwin; Quispe-Talla, Angel; Bhatt, Mohammed Wasim; Shabaz, MohammadHumulus lupulus (Hops) based commercial beer contain chemical substances that are hazardous to human health. An effective substitute to Hops will be a revolution in brewing industries. The main objective of this study was to replace Hops in beer production owing to its insalubrious nature and to develop a nutritious beer using vegetables and fruits. In this study, the leaves and seeds of Mangifera indica (Mango) was experimentally used due to its aroma and bitterness as an auxiliary to Hops. The Mango Based Light Beer (MBLB) was produced with mango as gruit, barley malt as the main source, beetroot as an adjunct, and Citrus reticulata as a seasoning. Finally, Orange flavored, MBLB was produced by lab-scale fermentation using Saccharomyces cerevisiae. MBLB has high nutritious substances (protein, carbohydrate, minerals, Total phenols, Flavonoids, Vit. C). GCMS analysis reveals the presence of beneficial bioactive compounds like Maltol, 4H-Pyran-4-one, 2,3-dihydro-3,5-dihydroxy-6-methyl, 5-Hydroxymethylfurfural, Furan-2-carboxaldehude, 5-(1-piperidyly) in the Mango based light beer. The level of Total phenolics and Flavonoids was comparatively high than HBCB. The presence of harmful chemicals includes 1-Pentanol, Silanediol, Urea, Pyridine and dl-Threitol in the HBCB was also observed by GCMS. Due to its high Phenolic and Flavonoid contents, MBLB showed increased antioxidant properties. From this study, it was clear that the MBLB was found to be effective and nutritionally enhanced, in comparison with the HBCB. The higher antioxidant potential of MBLB further supports its nutritional significance. 2021, The Society for Reliability Engineering, Quality and Operations Management (SREQOM), India and The Division of Operation and Maintenance, Lulea University of Technology, Sweden.
