dc.description.abstract | The Indo-Soviet friendship has been evolved into a strategic partnership and cooperation in general and in context of Central Asia in particular. For the Indo-Russia relations, the regional developments present the compatibility of their mutual interests, particularly in resource-rich Central Asia.
