dc.description.abstractThe Indo-Soviet friendship has been evolved into a strategic partnership and cooperation in general and in context of Central Asia in particular. For the Indo-Russia relations, the regional developments present the compatibility of their mutual interests, particularly in resource-rich Central Asia. However, at the same time, the Indian strategic maneuverers in the region have been taken by another way round by Russia.en_US
