Blunt facts there are also with bare truth at universally, everyone is in imminent danger of terrorism. Whatever may be reasons, indeed there is none to deny that since the last half of previous century, there has been a galloping rise in terrorist and disruptive activities in country. This has modelled a serious threat to the sovereignty and integrity of India and also created a panic with a sense of insecurity in the minds of people. Terrorism not only roots suffering to large number of innocent persons, but also affects the state, its development and resources as whole. The problem has various views and basic concern as of law, order and machinery and leads to the emerging issues to the national security.Item Specific Environmental Laws in India: With special reference to Control of Pollution from crop Residue Burning(2014) Kumar, DeepakAgriculture is the backbone of Indian Economy and important way for the survival of Farmers, while near about 70% persons is surviving with the agriculture activities. The income from the agriculture is not enough for survival and a number of farmers are bound to suicide in a number of regions in the country. Less income as well as traditional ways and techniques along with the less support from Government are responsible for this situation of farmers. One of the major problem is also connected with same issue that the farmers are not having proper means of disposing off the residues from crops. The legislature have enacted general laws for the protection of environment and these laws are also known sectorial laws also. The effect of these laws are common for all kind of acts prohibited under environmental laws. Hence the farmers are under the purview of these laws and punishments, even getting nothing as reward or monitory benefits while practicing burning of crop residue.Item Socio-legal dimension of the Environmental crisis in India: Issues and challenges for Social Work(2014) Kumar, DeepakThe environmental crisis is now known as important public issue and required permanent solution. Only the technology, law or a mere policy cannot solve the problem of environmental pollution. No doubt that these are problem solving tool but without the contribution of society all have less effects. The contribution of the public at large as a researcher, scientist, lawyer or more appropriately social worker, influence theprospects of sustainable development. This contribution of the researcher in their respective areas, reformers, social worker etc. is known as the social work practices and the role of social work practices are important in setting up for sustainable development. These practices with easy work efforts combined with the social, economic, and political components and prepared the foundation in social values.Item Challenging Predictions of Uniform Civil Code for India: An analysis(2014) Kumar, DeepakThe conception of Uniform Civil Code in India is a term mentioning to an primary Civil Law Code. The Uniform Civil Code brings the idea of the same set of civil rules for the citizens irrespective of their religion, caste, creed etc. Civil law administers the matters relating to marriage, adoption, inheritance, succession and so on. India has adopted the concept of secularism and thus such matters of the citizens are still governed by the personal laws of their respective group of peoples. It’s the mandate upon the state as a directive principle of state policy to propagate a Uniform Civil Code for the whole country. But even after 67 years of independence, it is just a distant vision leading to various doubts in the illumination of personal laws.Item Role of Urbanization and Environment Protection In the context to sustainable Development(Dr Paramjit Singh & Keshav Publication, Gaziabad, 2014) Kumar, DeepakItem Fairness of the Fair- Sex(Manglam Publications, 2014) Arora, Hans RajItem Rule of Law and Human Rights in India : A Constitutional Perspective(2014) Kumar, DeepakThe phrase ‘Rule of Law’ treasuresSupremacy of Law and it means that all are equal in the eyes of law.The Rule of Law isdeep-rooted in history and accepted as a notion by large number of nations. Itdiffers from the concept of Rule of Man. The common objective for the development in all the societies is to live with human dignity and which is possible with the practice of rule of law. Rule of law can be expressed by only by practices and these practices are possible by expressing such intentions in the Supreme law of the land. Acknowledgements of the Fundamental rights and the concept of justice of all kind in the constitution is strong evidences of the adoption of the concept of Rule of Law. The Constitution of India also focuses on the fundamental rights and also on the concept of justice according to law.
